I was honored and surprised to see that my Logs made the The Top Authors, Athlete Logs, Coaching Blogs, Articles, and Products of 2018 and I want to thank each and every one of you for making that happen.
I also figured that the best way to deliver the information the readers are most interested in is to ASK.
So, I am asking.
I would appreciate if you could take 30 seconds of your time and leave a comment with topics that you are dying to read about.

Although i read everything you put out, I am most interested in rehab stuff and general traing “stuff” for us older (58) folks. There are those of us that aren’t even close to the end yet and still train very hard and focused. BUT... there are limitations due to age.

Your autism videos are unique and something more of the community needs to hear. My son and I appreciate it.
Powerlifting and strongman history would be interesting.

Thanks for your suggestions. I'll add those to my list.
On the Special Needs/Autism, I don't write on that subject as I have no experience.
I believe that you are referring to Dave Tate's posts on this.
